Defense against a pursuit punch
- 7-3 inside with a same-side rising block.
- Immediately drop the blocking hand into a downward hassō-shutō to the collarbone.
- Hook your same-side hand around the opponent’s neck, pulling them into an inside elbow strike to the jaw.
