Defense against a one-hand lapel grab
- Use your same-side hand to trap the opponent’s hand.
- Tenkan inside, while striking the crook of their elbow with a hammerfist strike.
- Immobilize the opponent with a shovel pin, or incapacitate them with a stomp kick, arm bar, kneeling strike.
