Defense against a same-side wrist grab

  • Front kick to the groin.
  • Rising palmheel strike to the opponent’s chin with your free hand. Push their chin up and back, forcing the opponent to bend over backwards.
  • Drop the opponent with your choice of a:
    • Knee kick to the groin
    • Hammerfist to the solar plexus
    • Downward push on the opponent’s face for a takedown.
  • Once the opponent falls, stomp kick their groin.
