Defense against a knife held to throat, when you are against a wall

• Twist outside with a same-side ude uke.
• Grab the opponent’s wrist and outside arm lever them into the wall.
• Tenkan inside for a wristlock takedown.
• Apply a shovel pin or stomp kicks until the opponent drops the knife.
