Defense against an opponent intimidating you with a knife or gun pressed to side of your abdomen
- Take a small step forward, with a scooping block to push the knife backwards.
- Taking the small step forward will compel the attacker to push forward, off-balancing themselves.
- Twist inside with a rising palmheel strike to the opponent’s chin, philtrum, or temple.
- Immobilize both the knife and the opponent with an irimi pin.
