Defense against a same-side wrist grab
- Front kick to the groin.
- Rising palmheel strike to the opponent’s chin with your free hand. Push their chin up and back, forcing the opponent to bend over backwards.
- Drop the opponent with your choice of a:
- Knee kick to the groin
- Hammerfist to the solar plexus
- Downward push on the opponent’s face.
- Once the opponent falls, stomp kick their groin.
