Defense against a one-hand lapel grab
- Trap the opponent’s hand with opposite-side hand. Do not let them let go.
- 7-3 outside with an outside arm lever.
- Knee kick to the solar plexus or face.
- Neck circle takedown.
- Finish opponent with a shovel pin, an arm bar, or stomp kicks.
