Defense against a side headlock
- Step behind the opponent, entering a horse stance with a same-side hook punch to the groin, as an atemi.
- Place your opposite-side hand on the opponent’s face; with your middle finger under their nose and your thumb under their chin. Push their face away from you.
- Twist inside and continue pushing the opponent’s head back, for kokyūhō.
