Defense against a pursuit punch
- 7-3 inside with a cross-body block.
- Reverse punch to the face or throat.
- Step your same-side foot outside of the opponent’s lead leg, to setup a reap.
- Simultaneously palmheel strike the opponent’s chest and reap.
