Defense against a pursuit punch
- 7-3 inside, with a cross-body block.
- Shift in with an opposite-side reverse punch to the abdomen.
- Grab the opponent’s gi, pulling them down into a knee kick to the groin, abdomen, or solar plexus (depending how far they bend).
