Defense against a two-hand lapel grab, when another attacker is sneaking up behind you
- Cross your arms in an “X” over your chest, trapping the grabber’s hands.
- Rear kick the sneaking attacker.
- The grabber acts as a post you can lean on to preserve your balance.
- Double backfist strike the grabber’s jaw and/or temples.
